This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work for our training services and product purchases.

Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and transparent for all customers.

1. Class Cancellations by Customers
If you’ve booked a CPR, First Aid, or AED class and need to cancel or reschedule:

Cancellation Notice: You must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to qualify for a reschedule or partial refund.

Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): A cancellation fee may apply, or your payment may be credited toward a future class at our discretion.

No-Shows: If you don’t attend your class and haven’t contacted us in advance, your payment is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand emergencies happen. If you contact us before your class begins, we’ll gladly help you reschedule at no extra cost (based on availability).
For group or corporate bookings, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule without penalty.

3. Cancellations by CPR Time LLC
In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or emergencies.
If this happens, you’ll receive full credit toward another class or a 100% refund, whichever you prefer.

We’ll notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.

4. Refunds for Training Classes
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • You cancel 48+ hours in advance of your scheduled class.
  • We cancel or postpone a class and you’re unable to attend the new date.
  • You accidentally registered for the wrong class and notify us promptly (before attending).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You fail to show up for a scheduled class.
  • You cancel after the class has already started.
  • You fail to meet course completion requirements (e.g., leaving early or not completing practical exercises).
  • Digital materials or downloadable content have already been accessed.

6. Group & Corporate Training
For group and corporate sessions:

  • A deposit may be required to reserve your session date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the class is confirmed.
  • Full payment is due before the training date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Refunds for Product Purchases
If you purchased CPR or First Aid products through our website:

  • Return Period: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital or downloadable materials
  • Opened health and hygiene products (e.g., CPR masks, mouth barriers)
  • Custom or special-order items

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
