Who needs to be CPR certified?

Healthcare professionals are required to maintain certification. Non-healthcare professionals can take CPR training optionally to be prepared for emergencies.

What types of CPR classes do you offer?

We offer American Heart Association (AHA)–approved courses including Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR with AED, and First Aid. 

How long does a CPR certification class take?

Most classes take 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type of course and whether it’s a first-time certification or a renewal.

How long is CPR certification valid?

American Heart Association CPR certifications are valid for 2 years.

Will I receive a certification card after completing the course?

Yes. E-cards are provided the same day for immediate proof of certification. Printed cards are available upon request for an additional charge.

Do I need CPR certification if I’m not in healthcare?

No, it’s not required for civilians. CPR training is optional but highly recommended — it gives you the skills and confidence to save a life in an emergency.

What should I expect during the class?

Our classes combine hands-on practice with Manikins and instructor-led demonstrations. You will learn the skills, practice them, and be tested for competency to ensure you are prepared.

Do you offer group or workplace training?

Yes. We offer group sessions for businesses, schools, childcare centers, and organizations, as well as one-on-one training for individuals.

What if I’ve never done CPR before? Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Our classes are designed for beginners and professionals alike. We provide clear instruction and plenty of hands-on practice so you leave feeling confident.

Blended/Online Sessions

After completing the e-learning portion through the AHA website, download or print your Certificate of Completion. Then, you will email it or bring it to your hands-on session with CPR Time LLC, which the hands-on session is paid directly to us. Your E-Card will be issued after the hands-on session is successfully completed.
